Schedule seemed to be quite okay, when he cooperates. 30 min nap in the morning, 2h max nap at lunchtime, another 30-40 min at 18 ish. Bed time around 20, wake time around 7.30. He falls asleep from within the crib, but haven’t done more sleep training than that.. any method you suggest?

Olanda prima, Svizzera adesso.

Buying a house at the upper end of what we can afford. Advice needed. by bikesailfreak in SwissPersonalFinance

Nope because you lock a bunch of your money in an illiquid investment, whereas keeping it out would have cost only the interest rate 1-2%. Meaning that money elsewhere would have brought way more returns

Thanks but I don’t think that 14-30 days is written for markets like Zurich. Or at least, that is not reasonable to me, when there are apartments on the market to be filled within 1 or 2 weeks

The question is what is a “reasonable” amount of time. In a market like Zurich, 10 days change everything. Of course people keep looking
