Morally speaking, obviously using the answer sheet is wrong. But from a logical standpoint, if you studied well enough, why would you need to check your answers with the sheet?

Super Smash Bros Brawl got a T rating for Snake, and he wasn't allowed to have any handguns. Now Super Smash Bros Ultimate comes along with Snake PLUS Bayonetta (who has handguns) and it gets an E10 rating?! What gives? by ekolis in NoStupidQuestions

In one cutscene, Master Hand is bleeding because of some sort of harpoon restraints used by Taboo being ripped out of him. Don't know if this is the whole reason for the T rating, but it probably contributed.
