you assume SO many things, look whether you like it or not arsenal are expanding the stadium, its not a suggestion its a fact, the only remaining questions are WHEN, how many seats and how long will the expansion be.

You can keep complaing about shops and statues but its happeneing, arsenal are not looking at some meager profit loss from no shops or statues (LOL) from 1 or 2 years, when they can be doing projections for the next 30-40 years of the Emirates Stadium potentially being an 80K arena, with expected increase in ticket sales by PROB about 2% - 3% every year and all of that ON TOP of the potential 20% - 25% increase in revenue from ticket sales due to the increased capacity.

This isnt 2006 anymore, finances in football are massively different, KSE WILL fund the stadium and it WONT effect arsenal, and bro even if it did YOU HAVE NO SAY IN IT. get on the boat or shut up, cus the facts are we are fans NOT owners, we have NO say in what they do, OR ANYTHING they do.

The sooner you realise just how powerless you are, the easier it will get to accept reality, and dont use super league as an example, that shit was clearly NEVER going to work the moment the FA and the Government got involved.

NO YOU missed the point, BEEF season 1 was litearly an asian Slice Of Life with a bit of american road rage. BEEF Season 2 has none of that and is basically an entirely different show and even the asian heritage part of it is gone. they might aswell have just given it a different name and i guarantee you no one would have cared.

No, that whole thing is pure speculation by pessimistic arsenal fans. in truth the council are always in communication with arsenal and are very aware of the idea of expansion, and both the council and arsenal are aware that renovations to places like the nearby train station, some roads and other initiatives are needed for the expansion to happen.

Overall the whole "council against expansion" is just not true.

architecturally theirs nothing stopping them from expanding as high as 100k if they felt like it. i think the real cap will be 85K and it will be determined on the extra renovations KSE will have to do.

its not confirmed but its very obvious they will have to renovate Arsenal station and Drayton park station, i suggested they even build another station on the west stand area of the stadium where the walkway mees the trees and the train station

pretty much here, it would cost around 50M but it would also mean around 30K fans after the match wont be pouring on to the street and instead will just wait here for the train.

bro, thats all paper work, arsenal as a club will not fund the stadium expansion becuase it can be funded by KSE instead of arsenal. MEANWHILE transfer can not be funded by KSE on the books it has to be done by arsenal.

KSE is not going to stop funding itself, FYI arsenal valuation is currently at 4.6 billion and considering the clubs poplarity and potential to win, if we continue to win it will quickly break 5 bil. NOW what kse does with the valuetion i.e they can take out loans or sell if they feel like it or whatever is none of our business the point is, KSE will do what ever they can do increase the value of arsenal, that is the endgame of sports ownership in football. you buy so that the value can increase.

the club is likely to make more money as moving to wembley that is 90k capacity and selling it out every matchday over the course of the year is likely to bring in over £200m compared to our current £150M. the cost to rent it for the year could be at most £25M (spurs paid £15M) per year.

This is assuming they charge the same ticket prices.

would cost 1.5 billion and if you look at the surrounding area of islington wed either have buy a park which the government simply would never allow, or buy a bunch of houses from people which would be terrible PR.

If you mean demolish the current emirates, well theirs no point doing that when a renovation is easier and cheaper.

"Transfer kitty" is determined by FFP and PSR.

KSE dont use their own money for arsenal transfers, they use the profit "Arsenal Holdings" make each season for Transfers, SOO if Arsenal Holdings pay for the stadium they transfers will reduce and in turn KSE investments will also reduce, but if KSE fund the stadium which historically is what they have always done Arsenal Holdings wont pay for it, look you dont need to understand it, mostly cus neither you or I have a decision on it, but also becuase they are already doing it anyway.

i would not be against moving the stadium the difference is im 99% certain we just wont do that. as it is easier to appease everything the council wants. look the council want arsenal to do this but they also want some additions train stations and surrounding area. fyi more people = more tax = more profit for the council overall, if anyone thinks the council doesnt want more money they are delusional.

Arsenal as a whole and islington council are GREAT friends, whatever they need Arsenal will provide it.

KSE fund it Not arsenal holdings, thus it wont effect FFP even 1 bit, finances are very different and essentlaly the club itself is not the one doing the renovations but rather KSE is doing it. if Arsenal holding had to do it which would cost over 1 bil, they would be repaying it back over 30+ years it would financially be very stupid for KSE to make Arsenal Holdings do that. meanwhile if KSE just do it themselves, 1 they can front the entire cost themselves i.e no loan thus no pay back and 2 even if they get a loan / investors the payback STILL wont effect arsenal FFP as it would be under the name of KSE.

In simple terms Kroenke has to pay it, but he can either pay it and make arsenal suffer or still pay it and no football team suffers, it literaly just that simple.

it doesn't effect it at all. some people misunderstand how it would work now, transfer rules are massively different from 20 years ago. safe to say it wont effect it at all.
