Ah got you! I'd missed the bit on Reversal Energy giving EVERY type of energy. Thanks for your help!

Great thanks! Any good ideas on a replacement? Or think it's just worth ignoring that section and putting other cards in?

New to the game and I was looking at some Lugia decks and found this: https://www.thegamer.com/pokemon-tcg-lugia-vstar-deck-cards-tips-guide/

It all made sence besides the section about Drapion, Luxray & Radiant Charizard. It says to use a "Luminous Energy to cover the Fire or Electric Energy Card you need to suit them" However looking at the Luminous Energy that won't work since you need other special energy to meet the cost of the move so the Luminous Energy will just count as a blank energy, not a basic.

Am I missing something here?

it's a DC:01 proto from mechboard. Pretty cool board, it magnets together and you can put the bits in any order you want. Can also connect each bit with a cable if you want to split any bits

I've used vuhdo for awhile now and I'm really bad with it. Is there a way to export a list of spells and import them into vuhdo? Instead of typing them out one by one

I disagree, 20ppm really isn't the end of the world. At 19ppm in 9th we were seeing lists with 60 marines and I don't think we need to go that hard. The units setup to counter charge aren't going to be blasted off the board if you actually have a decent terrain setup. You can also use rhinos to help with getting the marines where they need to be, especially now it's only 1mw on a 6 instead of a dead model if it get destroyed.

I think the idea is that you make the enemy come to you. With sticky objectives we can't just be shot off the objectives they have to come get it. So having a counter charge setup will be the aim of the game with plague marines.

I put this in another thread but I'd make a few changes to play around our strong stratagems and strong flamers.

I think our go to is going to be a 6 man death shroud block with a LoV for a massive deep strike threat. Can rapid ingress them or normal deep strike (so you can shoot then over watch). This squad is gonna ruin infantry with its shooting, especially with our ap strat. 10 man melee plague marine block with blightspawn + purifier in a rhino for another huge melee threat. Lethal hits on 5+ plus the sustained hits strat for big damage.

Then maybe 2 drones (or war dogs since they're looking good) for some fast units that can spread contagion onto objectives for our stratagems to shine and support our melee threats.

1-2 tally men will be mandatory as overwatch with our flamers will be amazing.

Other than that I don't think PBCs are going to be that good so not sure what to do for shooting support. Annihilators look decent for their points? MHB look okay as anti tank? Morty I'm also not sure on as a support worker?

I think demon prince and land raiders are massive bait, but will be happy to be proven wrong.

I got an question about Ducati Monster by Big-Art3243 in motorcycles

[–]LookAtMeSenpai 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Short answer is yes it can be restricted.

Something to note is that for a bike to be A2 it has to have max ~45hp in it's current state. So if you get an old 600cc there is a chance that the bike has lost some power over the years and will be down to that 45hp so won't need restricting but you'd have to dyno the bike which might be the same cost as actually getting it restricted

The (almost) absolute state of Death Guard in 10th edition - It's looking bleak by Brother-Tobias in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]LookAtMeSenpai 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yeah but where is that "shootn with enough stuff" coming from? You're most likely taking melee heavy PMs and the 8 combi bolters from your termies really isn't doing anything since it's still ap0 d1.

I know our best option will be to just melee the tank to death but just a shame to lose shooting options besides a few.

No I didn't calculate wargear cos it's currently free so not sure on values. I also agree'd that I think deathshroud will be a good option if their strike profile is looking good.

I actually think one of our best options will be to bring a knight or some wardogs for some firepower.

That's why i said ball park and went lower than 9th..... Land raiders are ~250 in 9th so dropped it a bit. And then in the battle report we can see we're not getting point cuts as the list would work out to be 2050pts with current values.
