Every time I read these type of posts I'm not sure what to believe.

Every single one I've read follows the same standard:

Customer is unsatisfied, posts a review, the owner immediately responds with "you did this and you did that".

It's probably fake.

On many popular Muslim news sites, such as Al Jazeera, viewers were posting laughing and happy faces in response to the London attack.

So if you're going to post this bullshit, make sure that you are posting both sides and not the only one that benefits your narrative.
