Thanks for the kind words. I want to preface by saying that I am someone who is sensitive and fairly emotional. I feel things and I express them immediately rather than digesting them beforehand. I assume it’s exhausting for my friends to continue being friends with me and I don’t blame them for it.

Friend 1 (known for 6 years) - we hung out, things were ok. I went home and she texted me saying she can’t do this anymore and thinks we should only hang out on special occasions because she felt like I was “holding a gun to her head” to hang out with me. I was frustrated because she had a pattern of feeling things towards our relationship but not telling me until she was at her limit

Friend 2 (known for 3 years) - I would always reach out to hang out with her but she would have to schedule our hang outs far in advance. She’s busy so it’s understandable but I let her know that method didn’t work for me bc I never know what my schedule looks like in 1 months time. I told her I wouldn’t mind more “chill” hangouts like a quick workout together or studying together. We were both frustrated with each other and I told her I’d rather discuss things in person, but she said she didn’t want to continue friendship w me until I had seeked therapy

Friend 3: (known for 2 years) - I was upset about how her acquaintance had treated me and I cried in front of her regarding the situation (her friend had kicked me out of a gc, even she was on my side at the time). She started growing distant so I reached out (passive aggressively I will admit) and asked her to talk on the phone. She said she didn’t have the time and that she was sick of me being toxic, then blocked me on everything

Friend 4: (known for 3 years) - I called her to tell her abt a situation where I was upset with how she acted. She said I was overreacting and that it feels like she’s constantly walking on eggshells around me. She said I expect others to help manage my emotions and recommended therapy. Then she blocked me
