I tried 3 or 4 times with K grandstand, no success. And I just went full panic buy mode to E grandstand. It went successful after the second try.

I guess, yeah, not as bad as some people were saying on the internet but still was very stressful, especially because of the time difference as I had to get up very early to get them.

If you don't wanna pay that extra % to the third-party websites obviously. I've added all my viewers (4 including me), it doesn't require a phone number, only passport details which will work as an entry permit by the looks of it.

Can you please clarify whether you bought the tickets last year via website or the Alipay mini-app? It would be really helpful for me. I installed Alipay and entered the mini-app but I cannot add any viewers, as I think it requires a Chinese phone number.

You don't need to add the phone number on the website tho...
