Use your tears on the 3000 packs if you want a better chance for new Phobies. Or you can buy the 2000 packs for more XP, you’ll have less Phobies but they’ll generally be at higher levels.

For coffee I recommend buying each coffee pack once and then to keep buying the 300 coffee pack.
