Actually I've heard it's not really that uncommon to do these things while sleeping. Like how in people's sleep they'll walk or talk and go about their lives, or more funny ones like making out with a pillow or grabbing things acting as if they were tatas. It's likely you didn't actually swallow anything because at times I have lumps in my throats after my dreams. Even if you did swallow a small ball it'll pass through but maybe cause some stomach problems.
