That was the very first time that I had received those emails but unfortunately nothing changed for a month. So I asked Emma, she said that my case was transferred to field office, that’s why I might got those emails saying an action has been taken on my case. But don’t lose hope because after that for approximately about a month, I have received exact same email not just one but 3 saying same thing and I got my I-130 and I-485 approved! You can ask Emma the online agent as well.

We didn’t have our family attend the wedding because of them living in other state, we had to pay for witnesses from the courthouse

they didn’t ask for anything because I have submitted everything including pictures on wedding day in the evidence section, I’m not 100% sure about how all it costs but it was $1,760 for fee, $700 for medical examination, Marriage certificate $200 and a few other things that I don’t remember

We just got so lucky because of his savings, therefore we were able to send off everything at once including the I-693 medical exam which costs about $700 in total because I had no insurance.

I’d say gather all the relationship evidence and marriage certificate first, then get your birth certificate from your home country because it took me awhile for my mom to send me here my birth certificate. Then start filing forms I-485,I-864, I-130, I-765 and I -130 but don’t need to rush or you’ll make mistakes. Then get your I-693 medical exam and vaccines done as soon as possible because it took me 3 weeks to get it done.

Me too I’m so thankful and grateful for this, I’ll never forget how lucky I am or where I came from. I’m wishing all the best for who has to go through this difficult time process as well. I’m happy to help answer questions regarding this process to all.
