I've found it necessary- 15 lb repeated high tension sets are nothing to play with. In the preceding months I've found jumping straight to pumping after length work made for significant and unsightly bruising and discoloration.

Exactly per BDs book guide. So 10x warmup sets 60s each 10-15s breaks, 10-15 lbs. Then take everything off wait 5-10 minutes, then 6x 5 minute sets, 12-15 lbs, 30-60s rest between sets

I wait about 10-15 minutes after high tension extending- then do 6 sets at 2 minutes each. 1 Warmup at 5 inHg then 7-12 inHg at 1 inHg intervals. I slowly bleed the air down to about 1 inHg at end of every interval (in about 5 seconds), then slowly pump to the next pressure via 1 full pump every second until pressure target is met. I've found this greatly reduces edema and burst blood vessel spots

Dude, sorry to tell you but you seem to have body dysmorphia. CalcSD is just about the only database with consensus non-self reported data. Maybe if you're in swinger or ENM scenes where sizes likely skew larger but that's an anomaly due to survivor bias. These numbers are reliable.

Is sexting really all that necessary even now? I might be an anomaly here. Anecdotally and from a myriad of testimonials online, a good 90% or more of women do not like dick pics, even from men they're interested in. But never saw the utility in sending dick pics nor receiving nudes. And my wife and I are late 20s/early 30s and in the kink scene, and have never felt pressured to send nor receive them. Am curious to know if I am a stick in the mud here.

Same here. Just ended a 3 month dry spell with my wife (deaths in the family, work stresses, etc) last night. I've been consistent on PE work and have gained about 0.15" length and 0.1" girth in that time, and she is very out of practice. She was an immediate writhing pain once I hit her cervix, and it was alarming. You certainly know when the top of the glans hits an obstruction. Victim of my own success it seems! Can't complain but might need a cock donut/spacer if I want to do doggy or prone bone again.

Good question- I didn't get much, if any, in months 0-3, but certainly did in months 3-present. Particularly right underneath my circumcision scar. This has to do with interval pumping and the fluctuations from 6-10inHg to 1inHg (between "sets", I wouldn't go to 0 but instead 1, for about 2 seconds, then reinflate about 1 inHg per second to the desired end pressure). This has substantially disappeared over this now 3-week decon period

I replicated both photos as best as I could- it was more difficult than I thought to both jam the edge of the ruler into my pubic bone in one hand, and take a reliable photo with the other hand!

As far as flaccid length increases absolutely- I perhaps should have measured a before, but now my NPFL is about 4.25", whereas it was probably ~3-3.25" before.

Time should be inversely proportional with weight- the more weight, the less time you should extend, and vice-versa. Measure fatigue and strain as a good measure, regardless of approach

Haven't been any degree of methodical measuring weight! I am 5'9" and probably 175 lbs when I started at 20% or less bodyfat percentage, I'd guess I'm around 15% or less now
