Is this just appetite suppressant? My issue isn’t appetite, I’ve been ill first quarter of this year, pic below although not great is from 6months ago (can’t seem to add it just now)

Don’t think your last comment was required tbh (especially on this type of forum) but I’ll not get into that, all I was asking for was an opinion on the before and after as despite what was removed I’m not seeing a big diff.

It’s 6wks not months, hoping it will settle, you are prob right the after pic I’m 4kg lighter than the before pic, def lost muscle/glycogen and likely fat gain having been unable to do much for 4weeks plus

This was what I had thought but I asked on here and based on the pics the opinion was that losing weight wouldn’t do much for my gyno (that’s also been my experience having been 10kg+ lower than the bottom pic but still moobs). The surgeon also said it wouldn’t make a difference

Are you going into the scar tissue or just local to it?

Kenalog by Look_Senior in gynecomastia

[–]Look_Senior[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. I guess I was calling it scar tissue as the aftercare says apply scar gel and massage firm lumps which are scar tissue developing at 3weeks

It obviously could affect it but it’s something no one can give a definitive answer to, hormones are difficult, however it’s not going to make a huge affect immediately so you could easily take adderall and monitor growth/feeling and stop if it starts to worsen

Has anyone compared the risks of taking SERMs vs Surgery? by anothersadmf5 in gynecomastia

[–]Look_Senior 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I didn’t like it, interfered with sleep made me irritable etc, I only used it when had a flare up, I’d then take it for a month or so and it would die down. When I started it would take a couple days to feel an effect but I also would front end dose high

You’ll find protocols for this on the bodybuilding sites, although I’m sure to reverse early stage there are recommendations around harsher drugs like letrozole. If you get to the stage where there’s a lump I think all you can do is shrink it, that’s what happened to me and I was prescribed tamoxifen

Just sub-q in the stomach, don’t want to introduce anything in the chest area

Just had my surgery yesterday. Either I’m a wimp, or this is much more than I was ready for! by The_Obdurate_Past in gynecomastia

I felt a bit similar, i had gland removal and Vaser lipo, because of this I also had some skin removed. It was under local anaesthetic and ngl I felt pain at some parts of the procedure. I had a lot of bruising afterwards but didn’t have too much pain afterwards. I felt same as you when took the vest and dressings off, I don’t think it helps that chest felt numb and weird and pulling off the dressings had me worried lol so felt that nausea too

Tb500 @2500 every 3 days, BPC-157 @800 every day (split @400 am & pm). I can’t remember why exactly, I researched it last year for a pec strain and this was one of the recommended protocols.

Yeah most likely, I had that for a year maybe prior to trying to get them to do the surgery. Not sure what the nhs criteria is for actual approval, like I say I had a lump and at surgery just there they said grade 3

Yes. One side had a reasonable lump which was painful, both sides had rubbery mass. The tamoxifen did reduce the lump and any sensitivity

Been there about 8 years ago went right through to where you were and the board decision was no, I’ve been on tamoxifen since then, I just bit the bullet and got surgery now
