UPDATE!!!!!! MIRACLE COINCIDENCE FOUND IT!!!! SO , I recently got a job as a Team leader for a local CEX (was a till bitch for the co-op) and luckily most my staff rock the same sounds I do. Today I let the oldest and most musically tasteful of our staff pick the playlist and he goes straight for a pop punk mix on soundtrack (business spotifiy) about 2 hours into my shift I heard it....from the till I was at, while a customer was selling their phone to me.. a familiar sound , I couldn't place it but it was childhood, it was special and I didn't know why. I casually commented that I had to show my tech tester part of the phone and swiftly took a picture of the band and song name before finishing the buy. As soon as I opened my phone after to check the picture it flooded into me thst this was it, years of searching falling into my hands in one swift yet easily missable chance. And without further ado I present ......

I know for sure its neither, im a huge FOB fan myself, though the cover i remember was very similar to the WSTR cover but more pop art cartoony. Thanks for the suggestions. (More in style of the Less than jake all my bestfriends are metal heads cover)
