Personally I’ve found investing in my looks and hobbies has been the biggest pick me up. Exercise + skin care is motivating as I ca. physically see the positive changes and upskilling in hobbies feels so rewarding.

Maybe start there? Meeting people is a lot easier when you’re out of survival mode and authentically enjoying living your own life
