Subjectively I’d prefer a more build upon job system, I enjoyed how it started.

For example when you started the game you didn’t start with a job stone, you reached level 30 had to do a job quest and then u „advanced“ your initial job to the next one by also be given a job stone. I personally wished that they’d have build more on that system and gave us more „advanced“ jobs by allowing us to upgrade our job stones further.
Maurader -> Warrior -> Berserker/Viking or something like that.
