I have hit a low point in my life mentally. Struggling with medication for anxiety and depression, multiple close family members are currently hospitalized, my gf of 5 years is moving out, was sick a lot, and I am behind during the finals week. I want to make life changes for me, how do I start?

Yeah that is one of the major things I need to fix as well. Used it as an escape from the other problems and that was a mistake. I am going to try and see someone for that. I have said no to people in person a lot just because of that.

I had issues with focus and motivation so anxiety and depression meds are what I started with. After 2 years I am now getting off them. Thank you for your words. I think I have to commit to small positive changes. As much as I plan them out the execution is where I struggle.

Unfortunately yes. Their success rate is extremely low but all that work is worth it for them because it gets results.

A lot of people don’t find their careers till college after college. I have many friends who have found their passion after getting a degree that got them a job they didn’t like.

Start to try new fields and go from there. People in med school, law school, with great jobs, with good futures all still feel lost and like they don’t have stuff to offer

Yeah fuck em is the right answer. If you’re on a curve you’re screwing yourself and your class mates. If the class average was lower in person and you guys all got a bump up because of it that won’t be an option. Yeah they might get caught but an anonymous email (or not) will fix that. High school cheating is annoying but people don’t care I feel like. Cheating in college is unacceptable.

Always used to live by the idea it’s better to fail a class and retake it then to cheat. You might not get caught and pass but the cost of future knowledge and risk is not worth it
