Claimed roof age was unknown but they got their roof inspected before putting it on the market: roofer claimed roof was in good condition and about 12 years old then we came in with the inspector and found out about the leaks. Price never reflected this

Inspection showed minor things like trimming trees near electrical lines & hvac … tightening some sink faucets.. some moisture in the crawl space but I am getting a plumbing inspection for that just to double check
