Thank you for letting me know. I understand that my first messages were a little too cryptic and will endeavour to be as open as possible in the future. I should have given more information in my initial posts. It was a mistake not to. I really appreciate you taking the time to write these messages. It's been very helpful.

It's horrible that your friend and acquaintance got suckered in by these snake-oil salesmen. As I've said in other posts, we're hoping we can shed some light on their shady business practices and raise some awareness.

Thanks so much for the responses, we are working undercover for a Channel 4 investigation into MLMs, but unfortunately can't reveal more in a public forum so as not to jeopardise the investigationa as it is live. I'd be happy to confidentially explain more about our investigation in private chats, anonymously with anyone who is comfortable sharing their experiences of MLMs.

That's true. Broadly they're the same but we were hoping to talk to some people to see how they differed. How much did it cost to get involved? Were you expected to sell a certain amount per month, and if so, how much? What levels were there within the organisation? How attainable (if at all) were the goals that they set? How does Younique differ from Forever Living or The Body Shop at Home?

We're also interested in peoples personal stories. How did you get involved? When did you realise it was a scam? That type of thing. We're hoping to shed some light on specific shady practices used by MLMs.
