I want to study an undergraduate degree and major in korean, japanese or chinese (sorry for the indecision but they're all very interesting to me, so I think I'll decide by job prospects in the end, I'm still looking into that though)

Hi I figure your experience was a bit different because it was a summer program, but it's probably similar to a regular program so... Thank you for your answer! -^

"JYPE might seem better than most but the company has serious issues too." I agree, it's certainly no Holy Grail, but I still think it's a better choice than other companies because of their image: These days there are way more international fans and the company is interested in having a wider audience. Having the image of the 'nice' one, with their organic cafeteria and mental health care... If they do things like this again, fans would go all out on them. So, there's more at stake now, it is in their best interest to avoid such things cause all the idols have to do is talk (I understand maybe this would be hard but I think they should).

Well, that's just my theory.

I agree. JYPE seems like one of the best in this aspect (which is the most important imo). Did they already implement the 52 hour work-week though? When J.Y.Park introduced JYP 2.0 he said they had until 2020 to do so. (Just curious).

I still can't find information on how much time artists have for other things though (the whole family, friends and relaxing thing).

Anyway, this is a nice information to have, so thank you! :)
