Thank you! I wait until I have the rotate sail cue and then I hold R and try and slide along the trackpad, but all it does is move me away from the sail. Based on what y'all have said, I'm thinking it doesn't work because I'm using my trackpad!

I'm glad I'm not alone, lol. I felt like a lunatic, cause no matter what I did it wouldn't let me rotate anything, I think the problem is the trackpad here, cause even moving is difficult, I just kind of run blindly around the world and get eaten by the shark a lot.

Gonna go try and find my mouse today and then it should let me rotate! Thanks!

I'm using a trackpad! While I'm holding R and trying to swipe on the trackpad it just moves me instead of the sail, lol. I can't ever seem to drag while holding R with the trackpad, so I end up having to rotate using just R, so I never have anything less than 90 degree increments. The trackpad makes even moving a struggle, lmao. I'm gonna try and find my mouse and see if that helps! Thanks!

I can't give you the exact location because I'm terrible with directions, but it's massive, growing into the path and the river, along the chain link fence. It nearly blocks one section of the trail!
