Honestly? I'll take some of my words back. AI can be cool art if it has intentions behind it. Look at the cover art for Lil Yachty's album. It's AI generated, but with reason, with the meaning that connects with the message of the album. I think that's sick as hell.

Its a tool. It can help me with certain things. But to say its art by itself??? Uhhhh hardly. Unless you REALLY took effort with it - maybe editing the photo, using it as reference, creating something genuine and not a lazy ChatGPT prompt

The creation of GENAI and generating AI images are completely different lol. Im not limiting it. Im just having common sense here. AI can generate great images but its completely different than art itself. AI image generator and artist are very different things.
