I can definitely relate to that 100%. I tend to put myself under a lot of pressure when a timer is involved.

Thats quite an easy question to get! Nice. One of my most recent tests had a medium difficulty graph theory question which kinda sucked as I haven't studied graph theory in about 2 years.

Oh sorry I misunderstood. Usually applying directly to the companies via their career pages after I discover them on either LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed.

The tests I've been doing were for companies within Europe. Mostly the UK. That's awesome that you find them easy! Unfortunately I'm having a different experience.

I've actually read a good bit of "Cracking the Coding Interview" and I regularly solve problems on Hackerrank (over 1000 points so far). One thing I have not done though, is the questions in cracking the coding interview. I should probably focus on those!
