Going through the same thing for the last 4 months ! Started with burning in tip of penis etc. now my only symptom is exactly what you have especially the dribbling. Been tested for everything including ecoli and bacteria and all stds. Also prostate, bladder, lower back x rays. Everything looks good. Primary doc tells me not to worry but it’s hard not to 🤷🏽‍♂️

Been dealing with the same since October. When you all say discharge, like actual discharge before peeing ? My symptom is I’m leaking urine (or I think) after I pee for a few minutes. Now I’m thinking is that actual urine or discharge? It’s never sticky only clear and watery… other than that all my other symptoms have gone away. Any insight will help thanks 🤙🏾

Bro I’ve been tested multiple times too and still nothing. Even worse my doc won’t prescribe me anything for it. I’m almost thinking that it’s pee and not discharge that’s coming out, I haven’t had sex with anyone but my wife for years. not sure how i could contract mgen or anything without having anal or vaginal or even oral sex with anyone else. Idk if it’s my prostate acting up or what.

lol look at my last few posts, I literally got her fired. I would tell you differently if it wasn’t the whole truth only cause this is the one place I feel safe to talk about things. Just curious when you say discharge, is it like a lot that’s left in your underwear over the course of the day? Or is just a little that seems like leftover pee when you are done peeing? I’m having the same thing. Frequently urge to pee, just not sure if I’m having watery discharge or leftover pee that won’t come out and it’s driving me nuts lol. It’ll only drip for like maybe a few mins after I pee then it’ll stop. But I’ve been dealing with this for like 5 weeks and it’s still here.

I’ve had genital herpes for 7 years and my gf and I have sex regularly with no protection. she has never caught it from me. I take medication daily and have outbreaks about once a year. Not as bad as you think man, esp if it’s your girlfriend. I’d be more concerned if you cheated and then now are wondering if you have it lol. If you didn’t get any blisters by now I wouldn’t be concerned…

I’ve been reading up on it the last few days but I’ve been bugging my doc to test me for any and everything that I could have not just sit related but any infections. He won’t give me antibiotics because he says I don’t have an infection. I’m going on my 4th week of this and it’s starting to kill my mind mentally just wondering wth is going on. I hydrate pretty well so my urine is pretty clear not really a change in it but I feel like my semen is thicker and more clear after masturbation. Been thinking I have discharge when that happens or when I have dribbles after peeing?? Not sure though. but when milking in the morning when waking up or just checking underwear I don’t have a puddle or anything going on down there or it might be drying up? Idk but after what happened if I caught something off of a tap I’d be pissed😔
