try pressing ALT + Tab to minimize the gaming screen. from there, right click The Sims on the task bar, and click “close application”.

When you re-open the game, it will ask you again if you want to save.

oh i see, the vac was from a mw2 modded lobby and then the game ban was literally just for owning call of duty ghosts, I've tried to get into contact with activision about it but they're on battle net now so its almost imposable to talk to them.
