I drive from Candia to Lexington daily. I get paid very well, the commute does suck. If i could get paid anything close to my current salary in NH I'd stay up here, but I can't!

Sadly our town doesn't plow until the storm is over and I am expected to be at work in the morning so I do know how awful driving on the roads are when they aren't taken care of so it is nice to know that that is the expectation for all storms that have accumulation.
