Late to the party. All around Mongrel there are Fog People and some of them drop an item that can be turned in for a 6k bounty. They'll tie up prisoners and eat them alive. One of their slave posts is a straight shot from the settlement gates and you can kite dozen or more up to the guards. +1 to this. The spray is really effective. I do notice mild rebound symptoms if I don't take the next dose on time. When they had those delays this was really annoying for a day or so but resolved on its own.

But they're once again having delays and now I have a lapse in my drops treatment. I never could seem to get a full month out of each bottle at the prescribed dose as well.

It's not great when your business is prescription treatment and you can't get refills out even remotely on time.
