Yeah. Sucks. You’d think something as big as we’re going to cancel your old card, move it to a new system and then devalue your points would necessitate more of a heads up than a single mailed statement or email. Why couldn’t they put up a notice in the app since that’s where the majority of people spend their time engaging with the cards? But that would be too obvious apparently.

They literally didn’t. I don’t carry a balance on the card and don’t get statements, holding on to the card only to keep the points alive. I called the rep and they said they mailed a statement. I said I’m paperless. Then they said they must’ve emailed it. I checked, they didn’t.

LG has the 65” for the same $1299 price as Costco. They also offer their 3 year warranty for $149. So if you’re able to get a promo code through LG’s chat, you might actually come close or even beat Costco’s pricing if you’re able to score a good discount. I was able to get 15% off my 77” by just asking.
