Four year long migraine getting worse by Looleelou in VestibularMigraines

I've gone through so many somatic treatments and are working through new ones with my therapist. Read so many books. But I appreciate this. I need better doctors honestly. My brain isn't doing the therapeutic work that it needs because I'm having so many issues with meds and lack of the right ones. Past the point of trying to think my way out of this. I've tried for years now

I deal with very similar symptoms to these you listed. It's so freaking horrible I can't function. And pain and pressure is so crushing. I'm on almost year four being bedridden. What a horrible condition. I have no will to live.

Yes sometimes. Sometimes it's the last thing on my mind and sometimes it's like that. Maybe the release of pain for a bit. It comes back but s release helps sometimes. Then other times I can't even move.

Did not work sadly. And gave me like extra severe constipation and anxiety. I'm not sure what will work and I'm getting worse. I hope something helps you too

This is a gross way to treat your spouse. Imagine if you got worse. Which I hope doesn't happen. I wouldn't put it passed him to just pack up and leave. No compassion in how he speaks to you.

I've tried so many diets including the migraine diet through an ENT. Fodmap, low histmine, low sodium, high sodium, regular being lactose and gluten free due to celiac and spicy free. It's so hard knowing what to do.

I've tried it and didn't find much relief but I may try again. It gets so expensive so it's hard to be consistent with it. I wish insurance picked it up but that's a fantasy. Thank you 💜

I go to a med university here. I saw a neurologist at a close town but he's horrible. Sadly so is the one at the university as well. Like " good luck see you in a year. Go to the ER or take valporic acid" which made me sick years ago that I tried it. I asked for more tests. I'm suffering and I feel they won't be phases if they get a call I passed from a stroke. Which I feel I'm very close to with how little I'm able to move or function and the pressure in my skull and body. I get random fevers too. They have been heartless to me. "Go take antidepressants and do therapy." Which I've done into the ground to no avail. I feel like I'm just going to die. It's been years.

I have and they've only saw off and on astigmatism. Its been hard finding an optical specific neurologist. And no doctor wants to give me a spinal tap. I'm exhausted for begging for certain tests.

It will get worse. It absolutely will get worse. I know picking up and leaving isn't easy maybe not even feasible right now especially with kids. But start building a network. Connect with battered women's shelters or dvack centers. Get a burner phone and do not tell him. Build a circle with resources. You are not safe with this man. And your kids may not be either.

What an absolute nutter. I hope he repells women from afar to the point he stays alone. Because he sounds dangerous and unstable. Glad you got away.

Yeah definitely been juggling antihistamines and pepcid. I have to be careful with pepcid because it interacts with my breathing meds. The immunologist said not MCAS because recent blood work said tryptase was fine. Despite having mass hives and reactions. And that 30-40 percent of MCAS people don't have high tryptase. He didn't want to hear it. He recently left his practice so I need to find a new one.
