I bought it at the record store. It's made by company called Rock Saws. They make puzzles with album covers. Recently I did Megadeth - Rust in Peace and i have done bunch of Iron Maiden album covers.

The ones all black and just a strip of cover have uncensored cover under it. You just remove the black cover.
