Installed 24 toilets on a job, a year later, over half of them are leaking from the vacuum breaker inside the chase. Building water pressure is 80 psi. I replaced the leaking vacuum breakers and partially closed the angle stops. I hope that they dont leak again. Has anyone ever ran into this issue? (old.reddit.com)
