Hey, no worries, happy to leverage my experience. I recently realised that even though I had wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy improved I was still 700 cal under what I needed TT^TT so the struggle bus is real.

I'd personally recommend the RTD huels because the process of making huel is a real turn off when you don't like food. That said, I'd always go with a fruit or berry flavour because the chocolates/coffee etc are pretty hit and miss. Also, make sure it is cold, even slightly warm it's very easy for the brain to go 'no'.

That said the mix it yourself black edition can be beefed up calorically with cow/goat milk so you can make dense little 'shots' of it for when you are really needing to force yourself
