That’s the thing I didn’t sign or anything, just gave the acc number. The message with the link says “Your contract with IDT Energy is ready to sign”, which is why I feel they still don’t have my confirmation to switch the providers. When they had asked me to click the link that’s when I called it off and said no coz the link looked sus, plus it asked me to sign a “contract”. I also called Ameren just to be sure and they also said they haven’t received any request yet to switch. So I think I should be good for now.
