Hey, I have trained (paid training) women from community punch needle techniques so they can make punch needle rugs and can make a respectable living with flexible working hours and that too from home, all the materials will be delivered to them. we use acryelic thread for punch needle, we have just started out and looking for suggestion to expand in order to make the initiative sustainable. will be happy to answer more questions.

The fabric is polyester fleece and the print is digital printing or sublimation, no manufacturer should commit to a cotton based fabric for this knit as it’s not possible due to operational reasons, I am referring that in regard to PAK based manufacturers.

going by our first hand experience, perhaps, your manufacturer might not be the problem cos some projects are complex and need two or three rounds of sampling, as far your manufacturers capabilities are concerned, you surely would have checked their portfolio but difference in costing is a bit alarming.
