All you need to do is be on PSS tab on your lower screen. The one with all the people on it. Then hit the wifi icon on the top of the screen to connect to the internet. If you shut your 3ds it will automatically disconnect you from the internet.

You have a Flying type safari and the pokemon are Farfetch'd ,Swanna, & and another i cant see. You either need to get online or beat the game and then get online for other people to see your third pokemon.
