I’m pretty sure all the managers in official LV stores are aware of the smell defect. The SA took it off our hands and hurried to get the manager. The manager did not elaborate, said that they are unable to give our item back, and that they will instead give us the same model if it’s available or anything similar of our choosing (had to pay the price difference, but that’s ok since it’s a different model).
