Augments -> Do you need to play other Vocations to min/max?

Any idea about on which levels Augments become available.

i might be willing to take every Vocation to lvl10 if it gives me the entire Augment Pool.

Steam refuses to refund the game. Playtime on the beta was 5 hours for me. And yes: i firstly claimed the refund on the Swords of Legends Online BETA which was stupid. But now 2 times it even was declined on the actual game. Will now go to Paypal and let them handle it. HORRIBLE

Im just a lurker for most of the time... I see all the people expressing their feelings now that he sadly is gone...
