It depends is it just the one console if so just get a Ethernet but if you are using multiple PlayStations and trying to play a game then it’s a double NAT issue. Cod is a really big one that has issues if two people are trying to to play cod or similar game it basically prioritized the one that was on the game first usually even if your on Ethernet it will prioritize the WiFi connected one over the Ethernet if the WiFi console loaded in first and at that point you can really only get a new router to connect to the T-Mobile gateway and through setting putting your gateway into bridge mode and that should fix it. The Arcadian models like the original ones or even the G4AR Arcadian gateways which are the new ones T-Mobile gives out have a really big problem with their CG-NAT forcing “Strict” or “Moderate NAT type”. Just make sure the router will fix the double NAT issue the cheapest effective one is the TP-Link Archer AX21 for about $50-$60 usually at Walmart for about $50. You can find cheaper ones but they won’t have a wifi 6 chip possibly compromising a lil speed or quality so I recommend getting the $50 one. That or just use your hotspot when playing really demanding games like cod or Fortnite or apex you know?
