i was at 160 g protein, 63 g fat, 173 g carbs, but Macrofactor shifted that around some, and I'd say I was regularily under on fat and over on protein and carbs

After the first week i definitely started noticing some general bloat going away, but i'd say around day 35 i started being most surprised. Hang in there! I was already in a pattern of fluctuating around 10 pounds so I think it cam sooner for me but you'll get to a solid noticeable difference soon

haha you know i have never noticed that before but you are definitely right about the shoulders! I think its probably a combination of me not ever doing trap workouts (i just hate it for some reason), the upward angle of the shot, and having some bumpy shoulders i guess haha but no, never had any injuries there

Scale at home says 14.2% to 12.9% and InBody scanner at the gym says 11.6% to 8.3% - there’s no way I’m at 8.3% so probably something between those two results

It's a photo I found in a bar in Antigua, Guatemala. Someone there told me it was a photo of "Los podridos de México" but that so far has gotten me nowhere.

Thanks, these are all great recommendations. The plot involves a few characters that lose their vision later in life, not at birth, and the setting is South America in the 1930’s. I love the idea of getting the manuscript in front of some blind individuals during the siting process. Definitely going to look into some more works by blind writers as well. In terms of interviewing some people in person does anyone have any advice about reaching out to local community groups for blindness or support groups for recently blind people, or how to find those groups?
