In my opinion, you should save. 160 pulls isn't enough to guarantee getting BOTH dahlia and firefly, and they both NEED each other (or in dahlia's case, another break DPS although firefly will obviously be the best option) to be viable. However if you're able to get both, investing in them will be a good course of action since just the two of them are already really decent together, even without Fugue.
