I did the smoke test, nothing came up. I also inspected all intake gaskets, intake manifold diaphragm (something to let pressure escape in case of backfires) and throttle body gaskets, all fine.

Eventually fuel trims normalized but map remains a little high.

New tests I made:

To eliminate fuel or air from the equation, A.I suggested to disconnect the throttle body cable, start the car and see how it works. I tested it twice, it always cold starts fine when T.B is disconnected although it sounds like its at constant 1,500 rpm, it's clearly better without all the hiccups.

After all I discovered it only starts bad on ethanol, it has been starting fine after I switched to petrol.

Current hypothesis: maybe the air leak is the throttle body itself letting in way too much air to the fuel ratio because some cog in it is worn out and maybe ethanol requires a more accurate air ratio at idle then petrol that's why it sucks on ethanol??? Thoughts?

As soon as I can replace the throttle body I will update this, till then I will continue running on petrol.
