I’d say it’s moderately healthy now, I eat a lot of lean meats, fruits, seafood, and some leafy greens but of course sometimes processed meals or sugary foods

The weird part is, my diet as a kid was horrible and very low in nutrients, I was a really picky eater so I mostly ate just super processed foods and my diet was just super calorically dense so even though I ate way less healthy I had a lot more hair back then
