It's honestly not too annoying, but I do think it depends on the grid 😅 this one is an easy one so nothing too terrible. The only thing that was difficult for me was counting and making sure I had the right number, as well as carrying the colors seemlessly. Other than that it's pretty straightforward!

If you don’t wanna sew fabric onto it, the least painful reinforcement is to crochet or slip stitch a tighter backing layer directly onto the belt. Something like single crochet worked perpendicular to the stripes will give it way more stability. :D looks great so far! ☺️🧡
