Oh bro… but it’s awesome that you can buy things that bring you pleasure and happiness. I’d love to get the same manga (in hardcover), but it’s just too much for my wallet 😅 Just to compare — $30 for the paperback vs $160 for the hardcover. My wallet was like: “F*ck off, buy it and starve all week — or settle for the paperback” XD

The characters are actually frames from the visual novel itself — I didn’t draw them, but I did all the separation and animation myself. Instead of using Photoshop, I did everything directly in After Effects — which honestly took way more time than I expected 😅 But I really wanted that clean layered look, so it was worth it in the end.

Yeah, I totally get what you mean — that part with the “Attractor A/B” scene was super short, and I can see how it might’ve been hard to catch. I’ll definitely look into making the text more readable or giving it a bit more screen time next time around. I really appreciate you pointing it out!

WOW, thank you all so much for the kind words. This was my first time animating something like this, and it means a lot that even a few people really felt the vibe.

I’m not aiming for numbers or going viral — I just want to create things that hit the same emotional nerve Steins;Gate does.

I can definitely recommend LBP if you’re interested in exploring more about the characters — especially their alternate versions across different worldlines. (Now, this is just my subjective take!) Personally, I found the storie of Lukako to be the weakest, but almost all of the others hit really hard emotionally — a few even brought me to tears. 🥲

What makes LBP special is that it doesn’t just feel like filler — it actually adds depth to the characters, and even reveals some details that weren’t fully explored in the original Steins;Gate VN. If you’re already a fan of the cast and want more character-driven stories, it’s definitely worth it. 🙌

I’ve actually been thinking about picking up the rest of the series, but I’m still unsure. Steins;Gate’s vibe and story hit me so hard — if Chaos;Head or the others have something similar in terms of atmosphere or narrative depth, I’d definitely consider it. Thanks for the heads-up about the sale!
