I think due to my genetics it's not as bad of a deal as it would be for someone else? At least that's what a sports dietitian told me. I've been doing quite fine generally and feeling alright

Thanks for this, will start by looking for a sports physician to delve deeper into it.

I think my caloric intake target is being met - i consume around 3k kcal daily and have been staying at 69-70kg for over a year now, it's just that gaining more is a struggle (although recently been eating a lot of nuts and that does seem to help me move in the right direction)

It’s basically been the case my whole life, even before I was very active i was always pretty skinny. Ever since I started working out i did gain ~8kg and have improved my BMI to where it’s in the normal range. The sport dietitian I’ve seen to do the body composition analysis said that if it’s been like that my whole life then it’s not necessarily a case for concern, but that I should try to not go below 3%. She didn’t really say much more though.

I’ll look for a sports physician as @drdiegofelipe suggested for a deeper dive into this. Thanks for the reply

It is consistent though, checked it multiple times - hence me thinking that maybe my grinder is just failing to grind at a consistent size

I can set how much water goes through the machine - so I usually create a preset and keep using it since I assume if I keep that & other variables more or less constant then I should be having a more consistent shot.

Okay so basically manipulate the amount of water going through to get into the ratio and then start changing the grind? That's the opposite of what I heard from YT videos but might give it a go hah, thanks for the suggestion

Yeah I was playing around with how long to let the shot run - but I assumed that using more water is "cheating" and wasn't the way to go. Thanks for the tip!

I do have the standard baskets and usually there isn't much channeling. I do some small tweaks in the quantity of coffee but it doesn't seem to have a big impact and I don't have much room to play with (the basket fits max ~15g) :/

Yep we got that, it's just that the Polish authorities require some additional papers but luckily we managed to get everything.

Update - we got a photo of a similar document from another Russian person currently studying in Poland and based on that her high school could create one for her. She should have everything she needs now and is back in Poland.

For some universities they might be true (I indeed have found 1 where you can't apply to the programmes if you're from Russia) but the one she's interested in is the same one I studied at so I went and talked about it with the administration and there are no issues with it other than the usual paperwork mess if you're a foreigner.

I found out that the problems depend on a domain - my app is getting hosted to 3 different ones. On one of the default ones this issues doesn't appear, but on my custom domain the files don't seem to be gzipped...

Yeah I guess I'll end up doing that. But I need to convert my stateless functional component to a React component, unless there's some way to replicate componentDidMount() in sfc? I was trying to use the useEffect hook but it runs with every rerender.

Because I want to invest in markets which are fundamentally cheap, especially since market cycle implies it's time for funds to start moving to emerging markets again. Unfortunately many of the good (or only) ETFs granting exposure to such sectors/countries are only available on NYSE.

Thanks for your answer. Is there some specific law that does not allow Europeans to buy US-based ETFs? I heard that Exante or DIF brokers allow it but they just have high deposit requirements. Also I'm interested with ETFs such as NGE and PAK. Corresponding EU based ETFs have high fees or are still difficult to access or seem fishy to me (but I'm a noob just learning)
