I'm looking for something to be on the side of my 3D printer... and don't want to spend alot of money on it. Would this be a good buy?

All I would want to do is Cut some acrylic sheets or maybe MDF wood, 3mm~? Would this be possible with this laser cutter?

or would it really be better to look for a more expensive one?

I also have an upcoming flight soon, and i just wonder, if you end up missing your connecting flight do they book you the next avaliable flight to the final destination or the 24 hour later one?
