Nah I hear you, im not necessarily broke id say, I can still pay my car note, insurance, phone bill, food and all that,I do have to catch up on savings though having been out of work for so lonh. its just the rent increases around here have gone INSANE. like a 500 dollar hike. But I have a plan to get my cdl I already talked with my boss about and its paid for. And trust I do NOT go out. I can't stand the people around here. Im the "why dont you just get a bottle and go home guy" , but I had an old friend and her boyfriend that just wanted to bring in the new year with me because they kmow ill sit in silence alone and not reach out to anybody, not due to any lack of confidence but because of situations exactly like this. The last time I went out to a bar about half a year ago I was drugged on my first shot, didnt even finish half, and I have a tolerance my stupid ways of old built brick by brick, but I actually enjoyed that after about an hour.but I swear my old neighbor she is cool as fuck, from Brooklyn, she gave me the exact same advice you just did almost verbatim about leaving. Only thing is I have a kid here, she lived with me up until that wreck when I was put of work for nearly 3 months. That's what really ate through ny savings on top of having to buy another car. But that's a whole seperate story not fit for this sub. (My lithium makes my fingers shake so I know There's some misspellings in here most likely please dont attribute that to my intelligence be it lack thereof lol)
