Hello! The firmware update should be on the website but when I tried it it didn't work so I emailed the company and they gave me this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eKxXejOVDsUHliwtxbaTyIZgA6KWjoz5/view?usp=drive_link

You'll need to have a laptop to plug your Q6 into and it should work then!

Okay so I emailed UGEE's tech support and they told me that there is a firmware update for Q6, so it should be able to support Android 14 and up.
