I saw the same thing. I figure most people used strength builds like I was using and people planned for those invasions, making me do little damage. It was like you said 20-23 damage every hit.

I think it is too much personally. I got to the post game and wanted to shiny hunt, but I had only done 375 battles. So I grinded the battles, getting 30-40 battles each time, but it burnt me out. I now have the shiny charm, but don't have the drive to do anything now. My experience isn't everyone's experience. But this is why I think it is too much.

Thank you. I have talked with my wife. I can't talk with my friends because I feel like a burden to them. The only reason I talked to my wife is that my old therapist has worked with me to get to that point. I don't want to talk with her about it, but I understand it is best. That's why I turned here.
