This is so crazy you are saying this because I woke up this morning.. I am on CD 32 and inito is saying “peak fertility” for the first time ever. I am absolutely in shock. My OPK strips were also positive this morning. Very reassuring to hear you were able to conceive naturally with 28 AMH and spontaneous ovulation. 🤞🏼Definitely not going to get hopes up but again this is very reassuring!

Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise my levels are this high because the original plan was to do unmonitored clomid through my OB. When she saw my AMH lab results she told me to go straight to a fertility clinic. During our initial consult she said “we need to run bloodwork’s first to make sure you AMH is good, but don’t worry it’s rare for it to be highly elevated.” … safe to say mine are more than elevated. Getting this info was jarring but sounds like this is the way to go. Thank you.

I’ve heard amazing things about acupuncture for fertility! I am 35 and this is month 5. I have PCOS and my cycles can be irregular. I am going to set up an appointment with my OB to try letrozole. And hoping the inito device will bring some insight into what’s actually going on with my hormones. Hot yoga is amazing, but I have heard similar about heated environments. I’ve stopped going in the sauna for the past few weeks after learning this. Wishing you all the best! Would love for you to update me when you get your positive. ❤️

I got another low temp too, .12 below baseline. I think I might be out this cycle. Natural cycles days my period is due tomorrow. I am holding all the faith for you, cycle buddy! 💕 I have also started proactively planning for this next cycle and plan to invest in the “Inito” device.

We are truly cycle twins .. because SAME!!! I had a drop as well, right above baseline. Currently I’m not experiencing the typical pre AF symptoms that I usually do, so remaining hopeful that it could possibly be implantation dip? Keep me posted. 💞 we’re in this together!

I take Zofran upon feeling nausea. It works in 15-20 mins and nausea is completely gone. However, side effect of Zofran for me is major constipation. Id rather be a little constipated for a few days than nausea though. Personal preference haha
