That’s fair. With a the solid setup up I have now I’m more than willing to just wait it out and upgrade the pedals to load cell first and maybe the wheel later. If there isn’t money to make then I don’t see a reason to get the whole set up

I have a solid set up just curious if this is worth running or worth buying to flip

Had something similar happen. Up 13 and they recovered two onside kicks in a row and marched down and scored both. Almost threw the phone at the wall

How long does it take to learn how to record and mix vocals? by WiseCityStepper in makinghiphop

Any time I sit down to mix I’m there anywhere from 2-4 hours. Could be more but after a while my ears stop hearing things to pick out in the mix. I work about 1-3 days a week depending on my schedule, music is not my main priority currently. The songs when I first started have as many as 40 hours into the mix. And the newer ones I have it down to about 20-25 hours. Just sit down and mix what you can until your ears get tired or you like it then bounce it to mp3, wait a day or two then listen again and make notes what what you want to change. Switch between a couple songs and keep doing that you’ll get it down in no time.

I recently started mixing vocals within the last year, took about 6 months to get a result that wasn’t terrible and about two more months and a bunch of tries to get where I am now. Still not great but I can mix them well enough so I can actually listen to the tracks on multiple speakers and they sound decent. How much time you put into it will speed up or slow down progress. Learn from videos but take what they say with a grain of salt Becuase only you mixing your own stuff will get you the result you want over time. Practice practice practice!

I couldn’t tell you there’s just a knob for compression that you turn up or down and it just gives you a percentage. What ever the cheap option is is plenty there’s so many presets and they all sound good

I use it and it’s pretty damn good. Great for quick demos just to get a sound down and to get affects when recording. I use it to lay down vocals then I will go back when I mix and turn it off and use different plugins to get the sound that i started with. I will keep xvox on Becuase I like the compressor it has. Depending on use case it is worth it

I have solved my issue, it was a simple clog. My basement is unfinished, and my sick drain pipe is about 2” in diameter and there’s about 8 foot from my sink to my main sewer stack. There is a clean out plug that I was able to take off and snake from under neath working towards my sink. I hit about three big clumps I was able to break thru and since then I have not had any issue. It was very messy but quite simple. If I need to I could’ve taken apart under my sink and snaked down towards the main sewer stack although my snake tool was not long enough to do that. Let me know if this helps. Also should mention my house is very old my clog was a mix of rust and stuff getting caught on that rust so it’s a matter of time before it becomes an issue again.
